An opportunity to work as part of a team organising production and planning at The Catholic Herald will become available in the next month.

You should be a QuarkXpress, Adobe Acrobat and Adobe Photoshop user with an eye for detail. A multi-tasker with an adaptable and determined personality you can easily cope with production deadlines – setting and planning-in adverts, chasing and checking artwork, putting the paper to press each week and turning around house publicity.

We will also be looking for someone who has experience in or a willingness to learn areas of web design using Dreamweaver. Knowledge of this software package would be a real advantage.

This post is perfect for someone who wants to break into the publishing industry by working for one of the UK’s most reputable and highly respected weekly newspapers. You would report directly to the Managing Director and work in our busy and friendly advertising department.
