Westminster Cathedral is the seat of the Cardinal Archbishop of Westminster and the Mother Church for Roman Catholics in England and Wales. For over a hundred years countless Christians and visitors of every faith and none have crossed the threshold of this holy place. The Cathedral Manager will take lead responsibility for the day-to-day financial and operational management of the cathedral, including events management, income generation, operations management, retail management, and facilities management including health & safety. The post holder will also line manage the cathedral lay staff.

This role will require a confident individual with strong leadership skills and a background in operational, retail/commercial and events management as well as solid communication, organizational and co-ordination skills.

This is an exciting and challenging role and we are looking for an exceptional individual to own this pivotal position. You must be skilled at line management and be able to bring a high standard of professionalism and maturity to this post.
