Pope Francis will visit Switzerland in June

Pope Francis is to visit Geneva on June 21 to commemorate the 70th anniversary of the World Council of Churches The Holy See is not a member of the council but sends observers to its meetings. The last pope to visit Switzerland was St John Paul II in 2004.
