Some 185 remain prisoners of the terrorists, according to news agency
ISIS has reportedly released 50 of the 250 Assyrians who were kidnapped in Qaryatain, Syria on August 7.
According to the Assyrian International News Agency the terrorists released the group back on September 12 and they have since arrived safely to the Assyrian villages of Zaidan and Fairozeh.
Some 185 Assyrians of Qaryatain remain prisoners of ISIS. In August the group demolished the fifth century St Eliane monastery near the city, which they captured in August.
On September 23 ISIS murdered three Assyrians in Syria and threatened to execute the remaining prisoners if large ransoms were not paid.
