On Thursday March 3 at 10.30am Mass was celebrated by Archbishop Vincent Nichols of Westminster to mark the presence of the Torch of St Benedict in London. The archbishop is pictured at Westminster Cathedral with the Abbot of Monte Cassino, Pietro Vittorelli, and Archbishop Renato Boccardo of Spoleto-Norcia. Also present were the abbots of Benedictine monasteries in Britain and a delegation of monks from the Abbey of Monte Cassino
